The study centers on a 3,200 m2 plot of land in the town of Arlesheim, Basel-Landschaft, which is currently underutilized. The aim of this project was to show the owner the potential of the plot within the limitations of the zoning regulations.
This project is a showcase of an array of variants including different numbers of single and two-family houses, always taking into consideration the maximization of the land use, the spatial quality of the exterior spaces and the view and sunlight exposure of each house.
